A tasty surprise! I had never had apple in sushi before, and was very curious and excited to try this roll a when Bear Restaurant first served it. It quickly became a favourite of mine. The sweetness of the apple and the tartness of the pickled onion, coupled with the savoury pickled trout is always a feast for the senses. I love this roll.
