Art has brought his passion for fusion cooking to Bear, combining different cuisines and experimenting with food to create an exciting and innovative menu. With many years of experience as a Head Chef and Executive Chef in various restaurant establishments in his hometown of Kyiv, Ukraine, Art is a true master of his craft. He joined his family on Manitoulin Island not long ago and has been an integral part of our restaurant since its opening in December 2022.
